01. What is The GIANT Hunt?
The GIANT Hunt is a one-of-a-kind manga and anime art contest organised by Image Infotainment Limited, conducted as an official attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the highest participation in a hand-drawn anime art contest.
02. Is digital artwork allowed?
Yes. Digital artwork created is welcome.
However, to ensure proof of original human creation, participants are strongly advised to record a screen capture of the drawing process from start to finish. This process documentation may be requested if the submission is shortlisted or selected for prizes or verification purposes.
Failure to provide such proof, if requested, may affect eligibility for prizes or final validation.
03. Who is Image Infotainment Limited (IMAGE Group)?
Image Infotainment Limited (IMAGE Group) is an education organisation from India with over 30 years of experience in creative education and skill development. The group works across animation, visual effects, gaming, design, and creative technologies, and is known for building large-scale creative initiatives and industry-aligned platforms for artists and creators.
04. Who can register for the event?
The GIANT Hunt is open to individual participants worldwide under the following age categories:
- 08 to 15 years.
- 16 to 24 years.
- 25 years and above.
Participants must register under the correct age category.
05. How will the prizes be delivered to winners?
The GIANT Hunt is a global contest, and we aim to deliver prizes to winners wherever possible. Winners from India will be invited to receive their prizes at the Grand Finale Event of The GIANT Hunt, where the official prize presentation will take place. For winners who are unable to attend the event, prizes will be delivered through appropriate logistical arrangements wherever feasible.
However, for non-Indian winners, certain prizes may be subject to logistical or regional constraints depending on the winner's location. In such cases, a monetary equivalent of the prize won (from INR to the winner's local currency) will be provided where physical delivery of the prize is not feasible.
Any applicable taxes, duties, statutory charges, bank fees, or intermediary transaction charges associated with the transfer or receipt of the prize shall be borne by the recipient.
